蒸汽发生-原子荧光光谱法测定山楂叶中痕量砷和汞
The Determination of Trace As and Hg in Whitethorn Leaf by Vapor Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用蒸汽发生-原子荧光光谱法,分别在酒石酸和柠檬酸介质中分析山楂叶中砷A(s)、汞(H g)的含量,考察仪器操作条件、反应介质及共存离子等对测定As、Hg的影响.方法检出限为As:0.75μg k/g,Hg:0.034μgk/g.
【Abstract】 Trace elements As and Hg were determined in tartaric acid and citric acid,respectively,by vapor generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The effect of instrument conditions,reaction conditions and coexistent ions were investigated.The proposed method had limits of 0.75 μg/kg of As and 0.034 μg/kg of Hg.
