陈皮中总黄酮含量的测定

【摘要】 用超声波辅助乙醇溶液浸泡法提取陈皮中黄酮化合物.利用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,对其进行络合显色,在最大吸收峰510nm处测定提取物中总黄酮的含量,标准曲线方程为A=0.01134C+0.00125,r=0.9999.陈皮中总黄酮的含量为1.54%,平均加样回收率为98.57%.

【Abstract】 The flavonoid compounds were obtained by alcohol extracting in cooperration with ultrasonic wave.Rutin was reference standard and the concentration of flavones was determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm after the extraction reacted with coloring agents.The linear equation was A=0.011 34 C+ 0.001 25,r=0.999 9.The flavones content in samples was 1.54 percent calculated by Rutin,the recovery rate was 98.57 percent.
