【摘要】 数学教学是一项双边活动,充分挖掘数学教师能力,发挥数学教师课堂的主导作用,是提高数学课堂教学质量的重要方面。

【Abstract】 Mathematics teaching is a bilateral activity,fully excavating mathematics teachers’ competence and exerting their leading role in class are an important point in advancing teaching quality.
