影响透明陶瓷透光性能的因素
Influencing factors on transparency of transparent ceramics
【摘要】 简要分析了陶瓷透明的机理,紫外截止波段受材料的禁带宽度所决定,红外截止波段与材料内原子的结合力和原子质量所决定。环境温度对于透明陶瓷材料的透过率、红外共振吸收波段、紫外截止波段具有一定影响,随着温度的升高,红外共振吸收波段具有蓝移趋势,紫外截止波段有红移的趋势,透过率降低。制备时原料纯度、粒度,氢气或真空烧成气氛,气孔数量、尺寸,晶界等因素会对陶瓷的透明性能产生影响,其中原料、气孔、烧成气氛影响因素占主导位置。
【Abstract】 Ceramics’ transparent fundamental mechanism is analysed.Ultra violet absorption edge is determined by the forbi-dden band,infrared absorption edge is determined by binding force and reduced mass of polar molecules.Environment temper-ature affects transmittance,infrared resonance absorption and violet absorption edge of transparent ceramics.With temperature increasing,infrared absorption edge is inclined to blue-shift,ultra violet absorption edge is inclined to red-shift,ceramics tra-nsmittance decreases.Raw materials’ purity,grain size,hydrogen or vaccum sintering atmosphere,pore number and size,grain boundary will affect ceramics transmittance,in which,raw materials,pores,sintering atmosphere are dominant influencing factors.
