低碳钢等离子表面冶金Mo-Cr合金层的研究
Study on plasma surface metallurgy Mo-Cr alloy layer of mild steel
【摘要】 通过双层辉光离子渗金属技术方法的处理,使Q235钢表面含有Mo、Cr、C合金元素,成分达到或接近冶金高速钢。该工艺技术的基本原理是在真空容器中,利用辉光放电的溅射现象,首先在Q235钢表面渗入合金元素Mo、Cr,表面质量分数分别达到20%和10%左右,随后进行超饱和渗碳,使表面碳的质量分数达到2.0%以上。结果表明,经深冷处理的试样表面硬度达到1600HV0.25,明显高于未经过深冷处理工艺的合金层表面硬度1300HV0.25。摩擦磨损实验发现,未渗金属渗碳+淬火+低温回火、Mo-Cr共渗+渗碳+淬火+低温回火、Mo-Cr共渗+渗碳+淬火+2h深冷处理+低温回火、Mo-Cr共渗+渗碳+淬火+16h深冷处理+低温回火试样的摩擦因数依次降低;相对耐磨性依次上升。
【Abstract】 Plasma alloying and heat treatment technology that generated excellent properties reinforcing layer on the surface of Q235 steel was introduced.Using this technology,alloying elements Mo,Cr,C can be obtained on the surface of Q235 steel.The fu-ndamental principle is that alloying elements Mo,Cr are penetrated into the Q235 steel in a vacuum chamber by glow dischar-ge sputtering so that the content of Mo,Cr alloyed layer is about 20% and 10% on the surface of Q235 steel,respectively.Th-en after ultra-saturated carbonization,alloyed component is above 2.0%.It was found that the surface hardness of cryogenic tr-eatment is up to 1600HV0.25,much more than that without cryogenic treatment.The abrasion experimental results showed that,carbonization + quenching + low tempering,Mo-Cr infiltration + carbonization + quenching + low tempering,Mo-Cr infiltrati-on + carbonization + quenching + cryogenic treatment for 2h + Mo-Cr infiltration + carbonization + low tempering,quenching + cryogenic treatment for 16h + low tempering,the friction coefficient of the above samples lowered one by one in order;the relative wear resistance values increased one by one in order.
