【摘要】 目的探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的临床表现、病理改变和特征性MRI表现。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的中枢神经细胞瘤的MRI表现。结果肿瘤均位于侧脑室,靠近透明隔。MRI上肿瘤实质呈等T1等T2信号,内可见囊变区,增强扫描肿瘤呈不均匀轻度强化。结论起源于侧脑室透明隔的肿瘤,应考虑到中枢神经细胞瘤的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations,pathologic changes of central neurocytoma and its features on magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）. Methods MRI manifestations of five cases with the neurocytoma confirmed pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the tumors located in the lateral ventricles and closed to the septum pellucidum.Their parenchyma showed isointensity on T₁WI and T₂WI,with cystic areas.They showed inhomogeneous enhancement after intensified scanning. Conclusion Central neurocytoma should be considered when a mass originates from the septum pellucidum.更多还原
