发挥办学优势,构建七年制临床医学专业人才培养模式

【摘要】 目的探讨增设七年制临床医学专业的优势及培养模式。方法分析我校医学教育的办学经验和优势,明确培养目标,设想构建七年制临床医学专业人才培养模式的措施。结果我校的医学教育在办学历史、学科特色、临床教学、以及为区域性经济建设和人民健康事业服务等方面均有较大的优势;基础性培养应在七年内连续进行,并注重知识、能力、素质协调发展和临床基本技能训练;创新课程内容和课程体系,创新教学方法和教学手段是实践培养模式的基本措施。结论七年一贯、本硕融通、整体优化、面向临床是七年制临床医学教育的基本培养模式。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the advantages and teaching model of establishing the 7-year-schooling clinical medicine.MethodsThe teaching experience and advantages of our college were analyzed,the teaching objectives were clarified,and the measures to establish the model to teach 7-year-schooling students of clinical medicine were conceived.ResultsThe medical education of our college was superior in terms of its history,characteristic subjects,clinical teaching,and service to the local econo-(mic) development and to the people’s health.The teaching in the fundamental stage should be accomplished successively within seven years.The coordinating development of knowledge,abilities,and qualities and the training of clinical skills should be emphasized.The basic measures to practice the new model included the innovation of the contents,the system of the courses,and the teaching methodology.ConclusionThe basic model to teach the 7-year-schooling students of clinical medicine consists of consistency for seven years,combination of undergraduate and postgraduate courses,conformity and optimization,and clinical-orientation.
