【摘要】 北京的新城是承担疏解中心城人口、聚集新的产业,带动地区发展的规模化城市地区。在疏解中心城人口和功能的同时,如何规划建设健康新城,是一个备受关注的问题。作者尝试以亦庄新城为例,在新城中心地区以开发利用地下空间的方式,促进地上地下空间综合利用、协同发展,为建设可持续发展的新城提供一种选择方式。借鉴国内外新城地下空间开发利用经验,进一步探讨北京新城中心地区地下空间开发利用前景与可能的开发利用模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new town of Beijing is an area for evacuation of in habitants from the city center,accomodating new industry and leading the development of this area.How to construct a healthy new town is a problem of concern.In this paper taking the Yizhuang new town as an example by means of development and utidization of underground space to promote the development both above and under ground to offer an alternative for sustainable development of a new town.Based on experience both at home and abroad,the prospect and possible modes for underground space development in new town of Beijing are investigated.更多还原
