超薄白色罩面(UTW)荷载应力分析
Loading Stresses Analysis of Ultra-thin Whitetopping(UTW)
【摘要】 采用正交各向异性接触模型模拟UTW层间接触状况,利用ANSYS进行结构计算,发现纵缝边缘中部为板底拉应力的临界荷位,而板角处为层间剪应力的临界荷位;计算发现,增大界面抗剪能力,保持层间界面连续,可减小板底拉应力;超载是导致板开裂的一个重要原因,而且结构组合越弱,超载应力比就越大。文章同时分析了旧沥青面层厚度、模量、罩面板平面尺寸和厚度、基层模量及层间接触条件对板底拉应力或层间剪应力的影响规律,为UTW路面设计提供了一定的基础。
【Abstract】 An orthotropic contact model was adopted in this paper to simulate the contact condition in the interface of ultra-thin whitetopping(UTW).The ANSYS was utilized in the structural calculation.The critical loading position was determined: the middle of longitudinal joint edge was the critical location of tensile stress under panel bottom while panel corner was that of shearing stress at the interface.In calculation,increasing shearing strength and keeping interface continuous could reduce tensile stress under panel bottom.Overloading was an important cause of panel breakage,tensile stress under panel bottom leaped with overloading,and the weaker the structure combination was,the bigger stress ratio of overloading could be.This paper had a parametric analysis to determine the effects of asphalt thickness and modulus,concrete slab dimension and thickness,base modulus and contact conditions to tensile stress under panel bottom or interface shearing stress;the influence law could serve as a base in UTW design.
