【摘要】 目的:观察2-(E)-取代苯亚甲基-5-二甲氨甲基环戊酮(MB4)的抗炎镇痛及对胃黏膜的刺激作用。方法:对小鼠分别局部涂搽二甲苯致鼠耳肿胀,腹腔注射醋酸致扭体反应,灌胃给药致胃黏膜的刺激作用。结果:MB420mg/kg、40mg/kg对鼠耳肿胀度均有抑制作用(P<0.05和P<0.01),明显提高小鼠痛阈(P<0.01),但未见明显的胃刺激作用。结论:MB4具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,且对胃黏膜刺激性小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of 2-（E）-（un）substituted benzylidene-5-dimethylamido-cyclopentanone（MB₄） and its irritating effect on gastrointestinal tract.Methods:Local besmear with xylene induced swelling of mice ear and the mice writhing caused by intraperitoneal injection acetic acid,the irritability of gastric mucous membrane by using intragastric administration.Results:MB₄（20mg/kg,40mg/kg） may inhibit the swelling of mice ear induced by xylene（P<0.05 and P<0.01）,reduce writhing amount（P<0.01）,but its irritating effect on gastrointestinal tract was slighter than that of indomethacin.Conclusions:MB₄ possess anti-inflammation and analgesic actions,but its irritative effects of gastric mucous membrane are small.更多还原
