【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导肺穿刺活检技术(ultrasound-guidedaspirationbiopsy,USGAB)在诊断周围型肺癌的价值。方法55例疑为周围型肺癌患者均采用USGAB技术进行活检,并做病理检查。结果53例一次穿刺成功,其余二次成功。55例病理学确诊率为100%,肺癌确诊率为90.9%。结论USGAB技术能够安全、准确、快速为临床提供周围型肺癌病理学诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of ultra sound-guided aspiration biopsy (USGAB) in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods:Fifty-five patients who were suspected to have peripheral lung cancer were performed USGAB,and the tissues were examined pathologically .Results:The puncture was successfully performed for the first time in 53 patients and for the second time in the other.A 100.0% correct diagnosis rate was obtained.The diagnosis rate of lung cancer was 90.9%.Conclusions:USGAB technology can provide secure and accurate pathology diagnosis for peripheral lung cancer.更多还原
