【Abstract】 80% of esophageal cancers are found in developing countries.There is still no standard regimen for chemotherapy of esophageal cancer.Some clinical trials about neoadjuvant chemotherapy,chemoradiation and adjuvant chemotherapy,chemoradiation of esophageal cancer have been done in recent years,a lot of new phase Ⅱ trials using new drugs to treat esophageal cancer have got their results,but large randomized phase Ⅲ clinical trials are anticipated.We reviewed the advances of chemotherapy in esophageal cancer here.更多还原
