【摘要】 恶性胸膜间皮瘤是发生于胸膜间皮细胞的恶性度较高的一种罕见肿瘤,近年来发病率逐步上升。目前对其治疗多为经验性,疗效差,尚缺乏大规模的随机对照临床试验验证各种治疗手段的疗效优劣。近年来,多位学者从不同途径寻求延长生存,改善生存质量的手段,并取得了一定进展,不同报道综合治疗的中位生存期可以达到17~24个月。根据现有的证据,建议以手术+术后放疗化疗的综合治疗为主。今后尚需开展进一步的前瞻性临床研究,以期寻求最佳的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Malignant pleural mesothelioma(MPM),originated from pleural mesothelium cell,is an fatal tumor with natual history of only about several months,has showed an increased morbility recently.Clinical treatments are mostly based on experience.Few randomized trials are available to compare the benefit of different treatment methods.Combined therapy may play a key role in recent elongation of the median survival to 17～24 months.Trimodality treatment is recommended according to the rare evidence available.Well-designed randomized trials are needed to get evidence of good quality.更多还原
