【摘要】 2001至2003年,从安阳、邯郸等6个地区采取180份猪的病料,从中分离到50株链球菌,对其中20株典型分离株进行了生化分群鉴定、兰氏分群A—G诊断试剂鉴定和药敏试验。结果表明,6个地区发生的猪链球菌病主要由C群(6/20),D群(4/20),E群(5/20)和G群(2/20)链球菌引起,其分布无明显地域性。药敏试验结果表明,对环丙沙星、强力霉素等高度敏感,敏感菌株达95%以上,可作为防治猪链球菌病的首选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 180 tissue samples of fatal swine were obtained in six regions such as Anyang, Handan and so on, from 2001 to 2003.Out of which 50 strains Streptoccosis were isolated.20 typical strains were test though biochemical , lancefield treperococcus grouping kit tests and drug susceptibility test. The results showed that swine Streptococcsis were mainly caused by such groups of Streptococus as groups C(6/20),group D(4/20) , group E(5/20)and groupG(2/20),their distribution was not region-related. Drug susceptibility test showed that Ciprofloxacin ,Doxycycline and so on were high susceptible, which can be choosed chiefly to cure Streptoccosis disease of swine.更多还原
