【Abstract】 According to statistics,the county economy in Henan province is nearly 70% of its GDP.That means the county economy is vital to the economy of Henan Province.To strengthen the economy in Henan province should firstly strengthen the county economy,so the county economy should be brought into prominence for a long time.At last,the thesis propose that each county in Henan province should develop characteristic economy according to its reality,non-public ownership economy should be developed greatly from now on,expediting the government function transformation to realize the system innovation,alleviate the peasant burden,and also a series of other effective measures should be taken to make the county economy develop more quickly in Henan province.更多还原
