中药巴戟天中蒽醌的提取与测定

【摘要】 选用适当的提取和水解方法,利用蒽醌与醋酸镁的显色反应,以1,8-二羟基蒽醌为对照品,采用分光光度法分别对中药巴戟天中游离和结合蒽醌衍生物的含量进行了测定。实验证明巴戟天中蒽醌含量较高,且结合蒽醌含量远大于游离蒽醌含量,精密度良好,回收率较高,为正确评价其药效,合理开发该药提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Firstly we chose proper extraction and hydrolysis methods to determine the content of free anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone from Morinda Officinalis How.So that we can understand the composition and action of Morinda Officinalis How mush better.To reduce error,we used the color reaction of anthraquainone and magnesium acetate,1,8-dihydroxy anthraxquinone was used as contrast and spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content.It is showed that the content of anthraquinone is high from Morinda Officinalis How,and the content of combined anthraquinone is much higher than that of free anthraquainone.It provied reference for evaluation of the pharmacological action of Morinda Officinalis How and for rational development of it.The degree of precision is good,and the recovery is high.We also adopted co-water distillation method and volatile oils detector to extract the volatile oils from Morinda Officinalis How.It is showed that there is a little volatile oils in Morinda Officinalis How,so that we can study it more deeply.
