【Abstract】 Related to the resident’s important economical benefit,even to their existent benefit,these problems that how to re-dwell and repay those people when their houses are pulled down for the purpose of public benefit have become the focus day by day.The price of house evaluation is the balance point to both sides,so it is not surprising that the evaluation result is the key point.The legal effect of the evaluation price is one of the final decision factors.The different legal effects of the houses evaluation under the different circumstances in according with theories of civil proof were analyzed.更多还原
