一品红高山促成栽培程序化生产研究
Cultivation of Euphorbia Puicherrima in Mountain Areas
【摘要】 夏季高温是许多重要花卉植物生长发育的限制因子。本研究通过高山栽培试验,对一品红程序化生产的各个环节进行了系统研究。在夏季,海拔800m左右的山区,气温凉爽,昼夜温差大,适于一品红的生长及化芽分化,同时林地资源丰富,利用50%腐殖土+30%珍珠岩+20%香菇废料配制的栽培基质,以140g/md必速灭消毒,栽培效果与标准基质相近,但生产成本降低70%。通过人工遮光处理,将光照时间控制在10h/d,不同品种在7.5-8.5周后即开始出现花芽分化。
【Abstract】 High temperature in summer affects the growth of most flower plants. In this sludy,a cultivation experiment of Euphorbia puicherrima has been carried out at a mountain base at the elevation of 800m. The relatively cool climate in the mountain is suitable for the growth of such flower plant. A mixed medium consisting of 50% humus soil and 30% pearlite and 20% scrap material derived from planting mushroom is effective for cultivation of Euphorbia puicherrima. The experiment shows that a 10 h photoperiod per day is appropriate for the differentiation of flower buds of Euphorbia puicherrima. After 7.5 -8.5 weeks under such condition of photoperiod, deffereat types of Euphorbia puicherrima begin to show a sign of flower bud differentiation.
