【Abstract】 HU Shi’s thought of human rights is an important part of the systematic ideology of his liberalism.The formation of HU Shi’s thought of human rights has its profound origins.First,from the background of the society,the change of modern society forced HU Shi to reflect on the issue of human rights to reconstruct values.Second,considering from his family background,his mother’s character of tolerance had a deep influence on his thought of human rights——-"Tolerance is more important than freedom".Finally,from the experience of his studying abroad,western thought of individualism was the direct source of his thought of human rights,and Duwei’s experimentalism laid a foundation of methodology for his thought of human rights.更多还原
