职业定位引导是转变大学生就业观念的突破口

【摘要】 市场经济条件下,就业中各方的关系是“劳动者自主择业、市场调节就业、政府促进就业”。大学生的就业情况是专业培养目标是否符合市场需求的晴雨表。做好大学生就业工作应做好三项工作:变就业观念引导为职业定位引导,学生的思想观念就会由“我想做什么”转化为“我能做什么”;做好就业通识技能准备工作可以拓宽学生就业领域;做好就业之后的情感性管理可以巩固就业成果。

【Abstract】 Under the conditions of market economy,the relationship between interested parties in employment should be the employees’ self-choice of career,employment by market regulation and employment by government facilitation.The college students’ employment serves as a barometer to see whether the goal of training for specific purpose is attuned to the demands of the market.In order to do the work of students’ employment well,the following should be done well:changing the guidance of vocational ideas to the guidance of vocational localization,thus,students’ ideas are changed from what I want to do to what can I do;Teaching students the general knowledge to extend the fields of students’ employment;managing emotionally after employment can consolidate the fruits of all effort.
