【摘要】 目的通过比较全胃切除和近侧胃切除术根治贲门癌的优缺点来指导选择较好的手术方式。方法将本手术组在2000~2005年收治的96例贲门癌分为两组,分别行全胃切除术和近侧胃切除术,比较分析其优缺点。结果两种手术的难度无明显差异;全胃切除组在围手术期出现并发症的可能性要低于近侧胃切除术;术后3个月的营养状况要差于近侧胃切除术,但术后6个月两者无明显差异;两组术后均存在不同程度的贫血,全胃切除组要较近侧胃切除组明显。结论选择全胃切除术作为贲门癌的根治性手术较为合适。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To choose a better operation for treating cardia cancer by comparing the advantages and disadvantages between gastrectomy and subtotal gastrectomy.Method Ninety-six patients with cardia cancer in our department from 2000 to 2005 were divided into two groups,gastrectomy group and subtotal gastrectomy group,to compare the strong points and complications.Results There was no significant difference in difficulty of two operation ways.The possibility of complication for gastrectomy was lower than that of subtotal gastrectomy during operation.The nutrition condition of the patients after gastrectomy in 3 months was worse than those after subtotal gastrectomy.However,no obvious discrepancy was observed between the two groups after 6 months in respect of patients’ nutrition condition.Different extents of anaemia were found in the two groups.Patients in subtotal gastrectomy group had lighter anaemia than patients after gastrectomy.Conclusion Compared with subtotal gastrectomy,gastrectomy is more suitable for the patients with cardia cancer.更多还原
