【摘要】 目的建立银黄滴丸中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C1 8色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm);0.2 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇(80∶20)磷酸调pH3.2为流动相;流速为1.0 m l.m in-1,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸在0.1825~14.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为0.91%。结论该方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于银黄滴丸中绿原酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in yinhuang drop pills.Methods The Shim-pack C₁₈ VP-ODS（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used with 0.2 mol·L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol（80∶20 to adjust the pH3.2 with phosphoric acid） as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.The detecting wavelength was 327 nm.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.1825～14.6 μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.20% and RSD was 0.91%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.更多还原
