【摘要】 目的观察V itapex(比塔派克斯)糊剂在治疗慢性根尖周炎中的疗效。方法选择160个患慢性根尖周炎的恒牙,随机分为3组,分别予V itapex糊剂、碘仿糊剂及氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管充填,比较各组的临床疗效。结果实验组V itapex糊剂根充术后1周的反应率显著低于A、B两个对照组(P<0.005),根充术后6个月的超充吸收率高于A、B两个对照组(P<0.01),且1年后治愈率也相对优于对照组,达90.91%。结论V itapex糊剂用于根管充填反应率低、超充后吸收率高、治愈率优,并具有良好的生物相容性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe effect of vitapex paste in therapy for chronic peperiapical periodontitis.Method 160 permanent teeth chosen with chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into 3 groups randomly,and they were treated with filling vitapex paste,iodoform paste and ZOE paste in rooted cavity respectively,and then the clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results After the rooted cavity filled operation,the reactive rate of the experiment group in one week is lower than the compared groups A and B(P﹤0.05),the overfilled absorption rate in six months is higher than the compared groups A and B(P﹤0.01),and the recovery rate in one year is higher than the compared groups,up to 90.91%.Conclusion The filling of vitapex paste in rooted tooth cavity has low reaction rate,high overfilled absorption rate,high recovery rate and more organism compatibility.更多还原
