【摘要】 目的优选滁菊总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以滁菊总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法,对提取过程中乙醇浓度、加醇量、提取时间和提取次数四个影响因素进行研究。结果影响滁菊总黄酮提取的显著因素是加醇量和乙醇浓度。结论以总黄酮含量为考察指标的滁菊最佳提取工艺为用12倍75%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To optimize and establish the extraction technology of total flavonoid from flos chrysanthemi of chuxian origin.Method The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the four factors including concentration of alcohol,volume of alcohol,time and frequency of extraction on total flavonoid contents of flos chrysanthemi of chuxian origin.Results The volume and concentraction of alcohol have significant effects on the extraction of total flavonoid from flos chrysanthemi of chuxian origin.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology was A₂B₃C₂D₂.更多还原
