【摘要】 目的分析大动脉炎误诊原因,以期提高早期确诊率。方法回顾性分析16例大动脉炎患者的临床资料。结果16例患者中,首次就诊即确诊的只有4例,其余12例在入院前均被误诊。结论误诊原因主要来自两个方面:对大动脉炎临床表现的多样性认识不足;缺乏全面体检,尤其脉搏、血压及血管杂音等的检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To evaluate the accuracy of early diagnosis with aortoarteritis and to study causes for misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical diagnostic data in 16 cases of patients with aortoarteritis were analyzed retrospectively.Result 12 patients with aortoarteritis in 16 cases were misdiagnosed before hospitalization.Conclusion Misdiagnosis was mainly related with two factors,namely,the less knowledge on the complexity of clinical manifestations and the neglect of comprehensive medical examinations such as the sphygmus,the blood pressure and the vascular souffle et al.更多还原
