【摘要】 目的探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症及处理原则。方法回顾102例注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术后并发症,分析原因,阐述治疗原则。结果102例并发症中出血或血肿32例,硬块或硬结29例,乳房形态不良25例,胸大肌炎2例,感染8例,凝胶孤岛3例,乳汁漏3例,经积极处理后得到满意效果。结论聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术并发症较多,应慎重开展,并严格掌适应证和禁忌证、严格无菌操作和掌握准确的穿刺技术,一旦发生并发症则要及时正确的处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the postoperative complications of augmentation mammoplasty by polyacrylamidehydrogel injection and mamagement of the complications.Methods Reviewing the data of 102 cases accepted augmentation mammoplasty by polyacryalmidehydrogel injection,analyzing the causes of postoperative complications,and elaborating the means of prevention and treatment.Results Among all these 102 cases,there were 32 cases of hematoma,29 single or multiple nodules,25 unsatisfactory outer appearance,8 inflammation,3 isolated island of polyacrylamidehydrogel,2 myositis of pectoralis major and 3 mamma fistula.Satisfactory clinical treatment results had been obtained in all of the cases.Conclusion Full awareness of the indications and contraindications,correct method of operation and necessary postoperative nursing and massage can effectively avoid or reduce the postoperative complications.If complications occurred,timely and correct treatment is needed.更多还原
