【摘要】 目的观察白芍总苷(TGP)治疗干燥综合征(Sjogrensyndrome,SS)的疗效及安全性。方法对30例SS进行了TGP的开放性临床试验,TGP1.8g.d-1,治疗24w。结果TGP能明显增加唾液流率(P<0.05),降低血沉(ESR)(P<0.05),改善便秘症状;TGP能增加泪流率和降低抗α-Fodrin抗体水平,但无统计学意义。不能降低免疫球蛋白和自身抗体水平。治疗组有5例(16.7%)发生与药物有关的不良反应,程度较轻。结论白芍总苷对我国干燥综合征患者有良好的治疗作用且副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of total glucosides of peony(TGP)in patients with S jogren syndrome(SS).Methods Thirty patients with SS received TGP open clinic trial(TGP1.8 g.d~ -1).The total courses were 24 weeks.Results TGP significantly increased the salivary flow rate(P<0.05)and decreased ESR(P<0.05).Tear flow rate increased.But there was no statistical significance.(P>0.05).TGP didn’t decreased the levels of immunoglobulin and auto antibodies.The adverse reaction rate is 16.7%(5 cases).Conclusion This study suggests that TGP be an effective and more safe drug for S jogren syndrome in our country.更多还原
