【摘要】 目的研究如何减少和治疗全耳再造中扩张器并发症。方法回顾12例耳后扩张器并发症处理,分析并发症出现的原因,阐述防治措施。结果12例中,11例经处理后获得满意的扩张效果。1例效果不理想而改用其它的方法进行耳再造。结论预防和治疗扩张器并发症,获得良好的扩张皮瓣是耳再造成功的重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study prevention and treatment for complications of tissues expender in total auricle reconstruction.Methods Reviewing the materials of 12 cases experienced complications of tissue expender, analyzing the causes of postoperative complications, and elaborating the means of prevention and treatment.Results Satisfactory clinical treatment results have been obtained in 11 coses, other method had to be performed to reconstruct ear in one case. on auount of unsatis factorg expansion.Conclusion It is important for auricle reconstruction to prevent and treat complications of tissue expender and obtain satisfactory extended flap.更多还原
