【摘要】 目的观察BiPAP呼吸机对COPDⅡ型呼衰的疗效。方法将COPDⅡ型呼衰患者随机分成两组,常规治疗相同,对照组用鼻导管持续低流量吸氧,治疗组加用BiPAP呼吸机通气治疗,监测两组治疗前后血气参数和呼吸频率变化。结果治疗组PaCO2和呼吸频率显著降低。结论BiPAP呼吸机治疗COPDⅡ型呼衰疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of type Ⅱ respiratory failure from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） with bi-level positive airway pressure （BiPAP） breathing machine ventilation.Methods The patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure from COPD were divided into two groups at random.The control group received low-flow oxygen therapy by a nasal catheter continually.The treatment group received one more treatment as mechanical ventilation by BiPAP breathing machine.Two groups were monitored the arterial blood gas parameters and breathing rate before and after treatment.Results The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery （PaCO₂） and breathing rate of the treatment group were significantly decreased after mechanical ventilation treatment.Conclusion The effect of type Ⅱ respiratory failure from COPD treated by BiPAP breathing machine is prominent.更多还原
