【摘要】 目的了解滁州市医疗机构消毒工作状况,为消毒管理工作提供依据。方法收集1999~2005年各类医疗机构消毒监测资料进行统计分析。结果采样监测合格率市级、县级、乡镇呈逐年上升趋势,村卫生室(含个体诊所)变化不大;市级医院高于县级医院,县级医院高于乡镇级卫生院,乡镇卫生院高于村卫生室。结论加强消毒知识培训、健全消毒规章制度、改善更新消毒设备和方法、加强消毒工作监测管理是预防和减少医源性感染的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disinfection condition of medical institution in Chuzhou to provide the basis for disinfection work.Methods Medical institutions disinfections quality was monitored from 1999-2005.Results Qualified rate of the sampling examination was higher year by year at the city level,county level,the villages and towns.But the change of village clinic(contains individual clinic) was little.The qualified rate of samples from medical institutions at municipal level was higher than that at county level.The rate of medical institutions at county level was higher than that at township level.The rate at county or township level was higher than that at the village level.Conclusions In order to prevent and reduce infection in hospital,disinfection training should be strengthened,rules and regulations of disinfection should be established,disinfectant equipment and methods should be renewed,and disinfection monitoring should be enhanced.更多还原
