氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定尿中锡的方法研究
Study of Tin Determination in Urine with Hydride Generation Atomic Fliorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 目的应用氢化物发生-原子荧光分析技术,建立新的尿中锡的测定方法。方法运用优化和折中的方法,确定最佳的仪器条件。研究酸度、硼氢化钾浓度及其它因素对方法检出限和精密度的影响。结果本方法检出限为0.84μg/L,相对标准偏差低于5.0%,回收率为89.6%~106%,其他共存金属不产生干扰。结论该方法测定尿中锡含量操作简便,准确可靠,实用性强。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method using hydride generation atomic fliorescence spectrometry to determine tin in urine.Methods: The best instrument condition was determined with optimization and compromise method.The influences of acidity,consistency of KBH4 and other factors on the limit of detection were studied.Results: The limit of detection using the method was 0.84 g/L,the coefficient of variation for sample detection was less 5.0%,the recovery rates were 89.6106%,the influence from foreign ions did not exist.Conclusion: Using the method to determine tin in urine was easy,accurate,reliable and useful.
