【摘要】 目的了解安徽省医用内镜管理现状及消毒灭菌效果,为预防和控制内镜引起的医源性感染提供依据。方法确定19所三等甲级医院和9所二级专科医院为调查点,采用问卷调查及现场采样进行内镜消毒质量监测。结果共检测内镜50台,其中消毒级内镜33台,除2台胃镜注水瓶细菌总数超标外,其余均合格,总合格率为93.9%;灭菌级内镜17台,无菌检验全部合格,合格率为100%。结论应定期进行消毒监测,加强消毒的监督和管理,提高消毒工作质量,避免因消毒灭菌问题引发医院感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the management condition and sterilization effect of endoscope in Anhui province so as to provide the policy-making basis for developing management of endoscope and nosocomial infection control and prevention.Methods 19 hospitals of third-class A and 9 hospitals of special field of second-class were investigated.We adopted the questionnaire and scene sampling to inspect the sterilization effect of endoscope in these hospitals.Results 50 endoscopes were inspected.33 of 50 were disinfection-class,in which that total count of bacteria colonies of 2 flooding bottles did not meet national standard,the rest were qualified.Total qualified rate was 93.9%.The other 17 were sterilization-class,they all passed the sterilization test.Total qualified rate was 100%.Conclusions regular disinfection inspection,supervision and management will be useful to improve the quality of disinfection work and prevent nosocomial infection.更多还原
