【摘要】 目的了解2005年安徽省各级结防经费的需求、落实情况以及缺口大小。方法省、市、县结核病防治机构分别制定本级的2005年结防工作计划及经费需求标准,填报《结核病控制基本工作计划及经费需求表格》及电子表格,由省级结核病防治机构进行审核和统计汇总。结果2005年安徽省全省结防经费总需求7 213万元,各级政府提供经费1 172万元,中央财政提供专项经费1 191万元,国际援助提供经费1 191万元,缺口3 659万元,缺口率高达50.7%;省级结防经费基本能满足本级的需求;市级尚有6.1%的缺口;项目单位总缺口为54.6%,业务经费缺口为34.5%。结论结防经费的短缺应引起各级政府部门的重视,在今后的财政安排中应增加结防经费的投入,同时进一步争取社会各界(包括国际组织)对安徽省结防工作提供更大的经费支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the budget need of tuberculosis control and prevention.Methods The organization of tuberculosis control and prevention at various levels worked out a scheme of work and budget need,filled form of《 tuberculosis control basic work plan and budget requisite form 》and its electronics form.All data was gathered by provincial organization.Result The total budget need of tuberculosis control and prevention was 72,130,000 yuan(RMB) in Anhui province in 2005.Of all the budeget,the local government provided 11,720,000 yuan(RMB),the central public finance provided 11,910,000 yuan(RMB),international organization provide 11,910,000 yuan(RMB),but the financial gap was 36,590,0000 yuan(RMB),accounted for 50.7% of needed financial support.Budget at provincial level could basically meet the need.But the gap at prefecture level was still 6.1%.The total indentation in item unit is 54.6%,among them,the indentation of business budget is 34.5%.Conclusion The tuberculsosis prevention and cure budget missing nust cause concern of the government,and government,social organization(include the international organization) should increase the devotion of tuberculosis prevention and cure budget.更多还原
