【摘要】 目的评估法定报告传染病的实际发病情况,分析网络直报漏报原因,为及时发现并纠正网络直报中存在的问题提供依据。方法采用普查与随机抽样的方法对不同级别、不同地区的医疗机构进行法定传染病网络直报的漏报调查。结果医疗机构中共查出法定传染病20种1 148例,漏报率为14.11%,报告不及时率为10.24%。不同类别医疗机构的漏报率有明显差别。结论应加强传染病防治工作技能培训,强化医院内部管理,加强县级以下医疗机构网络直报督导管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the actual prevalence situation of legal infectious disease,find and rectify net reporting system.Methods We investigated legal infectious disease net reporting of medical institutions at different levels and different region by random sampling and overall survey.Results We found 20 kinds of legal infectious diseases with 1148 cases.Missing report rate was 14.11%.The late reporting rate was 10.24%.The missing report rate of the medical institutions at the different levels was difference significantly.Conclusions Skill training of infectious disease,interior management of medical institutions,especially in medical institutions at lower county level should be strengthened.更多还原
