【摘要】 目的:探讨中央神经监护系统在重度颅脑损伤病人护理中的作用。方法:对62例各种重度颅脑损伤病人通过中央神经监护系统监护资料,分析中央神经监护系统监护效果。结果:及时发现37例出现血氧饱和度下降,7例颅内迟发性血肿,11例脑电图异常,3例癫痫发作,27例脑损伤加重,给予了相应处理,取得了满意的效果。结论:中央神经监护系统是一种有效监护工具,可提高颅脑损伤病人的抢救成功率,减少病死率和致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into effect of center neurological monitoring unit on nursing patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 62 cases diagnosed as severe craniocerebral injury which had been cared by center neurological monitoring unit in recent half year were analyzed,and clinical significance of center neurological monitoring unit was studied. Results 37cases of reduction of saturation of blood oxygen,7cases of delayed traumatic intracranial hematoma,11cases of abnormal electroencephalogram,3 cases of epileptic seizure,and 27 cases of aggravation of craniocerebral injury had been observed in time. A satisfactory effect was obtained after prompt treatment. Conclusion Center neurological monitoring unit is an effective caring methed.It can increase achievement ratio of curing severe craniocerebral injury,while reduce mortality and mutilation rate.更多还原
