【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between chromosome abnormality and repeated spontaneous abortion. Methods Blood samples from 96 couples with early repeated spontaneous abortion in our hospital were regularly cultivated and given processing,G-staining and analysed. Results Of 96 couples with repeated spontaneous abortion abnormalities were found in 13 cases with exceptional rate of 13.54%. Conclusion Chromosome abnormality is one of the causes of spontaneous abortions.更多还原
