【摘要】 目的:分析重型颅脑损伤疑似并发真菌感染的诊断和治疗。方法:对收治重型颅脑损伤患者在治疗期间疑似并发真菌感染的有27例,确诊的有5例,用抗真菌药物治疗。结果:有26例感染治愈,1例死亡。结论:对于重型颅脑损伤疑似真菌感染,应早诊断、早治疗、预防用药、用高效、低毒的抗真菌药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of brain-injure-like disease combined with fungi infection. Methods From April of 1993 to December of 2004, of patients of severe brain injure accepted in our hospital, 27 cases were diagnosed as fungi-infection-like disease during the period of treatment and 5 cases accepted definite diagnosis. Results 26 cases of infections were cured after using the anti-fungi medicine, and 1 case died. Conclusion For treating severe brain injure, we should make a definite diagnosis earlier, perform treatment earlier, use medicine for prevention, and efficient low-poison anti-fungi medicine may achieve a satisfactory result.更多还原
