【摘要】 目的:探讨B超对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:对48例临床诊断为阑尾炎的小儿进行B超检查,根据声像图大致分为三种:①急性单纯性阑尾炎;②急性化脓性阑尾炎;③急性坏疽性阑尾炎,并与手术病理对照分析。结果:48例中超声诊断急性阑尾炎41例,符合率85%,其中单纯性阑尾炎14例超声符合9例(64%),化脓性阑尾炎25例,超声符合23例(92%),坏疽性阑尾炎4例、急性阑尾炎合并穿孔3例、合并结石2例,超声均符合。结论:B超诊断小儿急性阑尾炎简便易行,不仅诊断符合率高,而且可在一定程度上判断急性阑尾炎的病理性质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of B ultrasound for acute appendicitis.Methods 48 cases of acute appendicitis were treated with B ultrasound examination and were divided into three kinds according to the features of acoustics graphs:①acute simple appendicitis ;②acute suppurative appendicitis;③acute fever sore appendicitis ;and compared with surgery pathology.Results Among 48 cases,41 were definitely diagnosed by B ultrasound,the diagnosis accuracy was 85%;the diagnosis accuracy of B ultrasound for the pathology quality of pediatric appendicitis were as follows:①64%,②92% and ③100%.Conclusion B ultrasound examination is easy and acceptable which has high diagnostic accurate rate,moreover,it can also judge the pathology quality of appendictis。更多还原
