【摘要】 目的:探讨肝实质内钙化灶的超声表现、鉴别诊断及临床意义。方法:采用MedisonSA-5500及6600Ⅱ型超声诊断仪进行超声检查,回顾性分析超声显示肝内钙化灶患者的临床资料。结果:473例中,457例符合超声对肝内钙化灶的诊断标准及临床诊断,准确率96.6%。结论:超声对肝内钙化灶检查简单快捷,临床准确率高,可作为诊断肝内钙化灶的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic appearance,differential diagnosis of liver calcification and its clinical meaning.Methods Medison SA-5500 and 6000Ⅱultrasonograph were used,and the clinical data of these cases with liver calcification under ultrasonograph was retrospectivly analyzed.Results There were 473 cases,267 male and 206 female.457 cases couformed to the diagnostic criteria by ultrasonograph and clinical diagnosis of liver calcification.The accurate rate was 96.6%.Conclusion The ultrasonograph has high efficiency and is convenient in liver calcification diagnosis with high accurate rate.Ultrasonograph may be used firstly in the diagnosis of liver calcification.更多还原
