【摘要】 目的:探讨男性因素不育症和常规体外受精(IVF)失败者采用卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗的临床效果。方法:对51例男性因素不育症和常规体外受精(IVF)失败者共计59个ICSI治疗周期进行了回顾性分析。结果:59个ICSI治疗周期共取卵596个,MⅡ期卵母细胞471个,MⅡ期卵母细胞正常受精率82.21%,卵裂率89.04%,临床妊娠19例,周期临床妊娠率为32.20%。结论:对男性因素不育症和常规体外受精(IVF)失败者ICSI是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)in treating male infertility and failure in IVF.Methods 59 ICSI treatment cycles with infertility were reviewed.Results In 59 treatment cycles,596 oocytes were obtained,among which 471 were in metaphese II(MII).The normal fertilization rate of MII oocytes was 82.21%,the cleavage rate was 89.04%.There were 19 cases of the clinical pregnancies and the rate was 32.20% per cycle.Conclusion ICSI is an effective method for male infertility and failure in IVF.更多还原
