【摘要】 目的:探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉下经阴道无痛取卵术的效果及对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)结局的影响。方法:将IVF-ET患者分为麻醉组及对照组,观察两组麻醉效果、不良反应以及两组IVF-ET的结局。结果:麻醉组,麻醉见效快,麻醉效果明显,无明显副反应,取卵率显著提高(P<0.01)。受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、妊娠率与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:异丙酚静脉麻醉下经阴道取卵,可获得满意的临床效果,对IVF-ET最终结局无不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of propofol vein anesthesia on the result of vaginal egg retrival. Methods The patients were divided into two groups : anesthesia group and control group, the anesthesia effect was evaluated and the clinical results of IVF-ET were compared. Results Anesthesia group had a higher OPU rate(P﹤0.01), but there was no significant difference between two groups in good embryo rate and pregnancy rate(P﹥0.05). Conclution Propofol vein anesthesia using in vaginal egg retrival could help achieve a satisfactory clinical result and had no influence to oocyte quality and treatment result.更多还原
