CdS/C60纳米微粒的制备及光谱性质研究
Preparation and optical properties of CdS/C60 nanoparticles
【摘要】 采用PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)作为稳定剂,在水溶液中制备了具有光电性质的CdS与C60纳米杂化材料,并通过TEM、FT-IR、UV-Vis、PL等手段对合成的复合纳米粒子的结构和性质进行了表征,提出了杂化材料的结合方式.复合纳米粒子中,CdS光致发光的带-带发射强烈猝灭,表明从CdS到C60发生了光电荷转移.
【Abstract】 With polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as a stabilizer,the photoelectric property of the composite of C60 and CdS nanoparticles were obtained in the aqueous solution.The structure and properties of the nanoparticles were characterized by means of TEM,FT-IR,UV-Vis and PL spectroscopies.The structure model of CdS/PVP/C60 was suggested according to the spectroscopic results.The photoluminescence of CdS nanocomposite band-band exciton emission was extremely quenched by C60 and the photocharge transfer from CdS to C60 was observed.
