利用工业原料合成阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥及其性能研究
Study on Synthesis and Property of Alite-Ba Bearing Calcium Sulphoaluminate Cement Using Industrial Raw Materials
【摘要】 应用前期研究获得的熟料最佳组成,利用工业原料合成阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料,研究了原料中不同MgO含量对熟料f-CaO及水泥后期力学性能的影响,研究结果表明:利用工业原料能够合成阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥;随着原料中MgO含量的增加,熟料f-CaO含量增加,水泥后期力学性能降低;中等MgO含量的阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥1d、3d和28d龄期标准砂浆抗压强度分别达到13.5、34.9和61.1MPa.借助于XRD和SEM-EDS等分析测试手段,对该水泥熟料的组成、结构及性能进行了研究.
【Abstract】 In this paper,utilizing industrial raw materials was to prepare alite-Ba bearing calcium sulphoaluminate cement clinker researched before.Influence of MgO from raw materials on f-CaO and later mechanical property was also researched.The results show that using industrial raw materials can synthesize alite-Ba bearing calcium sulphoaluminate cement.Increasing amount of MgO lead to f-CaO increasing and later strength decreasing.Cement with the middle amount MgO has 13.5、34.9 and 61.1MPa standard mortar compressive strength at 1d、3d and 28d curing age.With the help of SEM-EDS and XRD,the composition,structure and performance of the clinker was analyzed in the end.
