国有企业的公司治理与管理
Company Governance and Administration in State-owned Enterprises
【摘要】 公司治理和管理二者共同构成企业制度的框架。确保二者自身的有效以及对二者进行合理的分工和整合、实现二者的良性互动都是提高国有企业竞争力的必要条件。
【Abstract】 Company governance and administration construct the frame of enterprise’s system.It is necessary to ensure their efficiency and carry out rational division between them and realize their favorable interaction to promote the competitive capacity in state-owned companies.
