【摘要】 采用不同浓度的保水剂沾根茎和混土沟施2种方法,研究保水剂在药用植物绞股兰种植中的应用效果。结果表明:适量使用保水剂,对绞股兰根茎萌芽、幼苗生长以及产量形成均有明显的促进作用。2种使用方法中,保水剂混土沟施比沾根茎(浓度为1.0%)效果好;3种不同浓度的保水剂沾根茎,1.0%的保水剂效果较好。适宜的使用方法和适当的用量是促进绞股兰生长、提高产量的前提条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The two ways of wetting rhizome with water-retaining agents of different concentrations and scattering water-retaining agent mixed with soil in Gynostemma pentaphyllum planting were applied and the application effect of water-retaining agent on medicinal plant Gynostemma pentaphyllum growth was investigated.The results demonstrated that the right application of water-retaining agent could evidently accelerate germination,growth and enhance Gynostemma pentaphyllum yield.The effect of scattering water-retaining agent mixed with soil on planting channel was more obvious than that of wetting rhizome with water-retaining agent(1.0%).And,the effect of wetting rhizome with 1.0% water retaining agent was more obvious than that of 1.5% and 2.0% water-retaining agents.The result showed that the proper using way and quantity of water-retaining agent were the precondition for accelerating growth and enhancing yield of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.更多还原
