铜对扇贝肌肉抗氧化防御系统的影响

【摘要】 在实验室条件下,研究了不同浓度的Cu2+对栉孔扇贝肌肉过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:随着Cu2+浓度的增高,CATS、OD、GSH-PX的活性表现为“抑制-诱导-抑制”的规律,但CAT整体仍是抑制的特性。扇贝肌肉组织CAT、GSH-PXS、OD对海洋铜的早期污染均具指示作用,其中最为灵敏的指标是GSH-PX,其次是SOD和CAT。

【Abstract】 The effect of Cu2+ under long term exposure on Chlamys farreri antioxidant enzyme in muscle was studied,such as the activities of CAT,SOD and GSH-PX.After 10 days’ exposure experiment,the results showed that the activities of CAT,SOD and GSH-PX were inhabited at low level of Cu2+,and then inducted,and finally inhabited with the high level of Cu2+;but the activities of CAT was fully inhabited.The results also suggested that GSH-PX be more sensitive than SOD and CAT to Cu2+ exposure,and they could be served as bio-monitoring index of low concention Cu2+ exposure in marine.
