【Abstract】 This experiment studied the effects of NAA,2,4-D,IBA and L-Glu on Pleurotus Citrinopileatus mycelia yield and exopolysaccharide content.The results showed the factors could enhance the mycelia yield and the exopolysaccharide content in different degrees.And the optimum concentrations of every kind of factors were ascertained.更多还原
