【Abstract】 In this thesis,based on the basic theory of relevant disciplines,such as incentive theory and management,the approaches of combination of theory and practice in land acquisition was researched combined with the real example research.Incentive mechanism in government work was also studied.And finally,it was introduced how to use inventive theory in resettlement and how to make it produce great effect.Thus,the situation of win-win between government and resettles was formed and the development of national construction was promoted.更多还原
