【摘要】 将辣蓼挥发油用丙酮稀释成0.012 50、.008 930、.006 380、.004 560、.003 250、.002 32 g/ml的药液,对小菜蛾进行了熏蒸和忌避活性测定。熏蒸活性测定,244、87、2 h的LC50分别为0.006 300、.005 420、.005 12 g/ml;忌避活性测定,0.012 5 g/ml浓度在12~48 h内忌避率都在80%以上,结果表明:辣蓼挥发油对小菜蛾具有较好的熏蒸和忌避活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of concentrations of each parts from 0.012?5,0.008?93,0.006?38,0.004?56,0.003?25 and 0.002?32?g/ml of essential oil of Polygonum hydropiper Linnaeus were used in the fumigation and repellent to Plutella xylostella.In fumigation of test,LC₅₀ was 0.006?30,0.005?42,0.005?12?g/ml for 24?h,48?h and 72?h and in repellent of test,repellent rate was over 80% when concentraton was 0.012?5?g/ml in 12～48?h.The testing results showed that essential oil of Polygonum hydropiper Linnaeus in fumigation and repellent was better to Putella xylostella.更多还原
