【Abstract】 We studied effect of 2,4-D on initial callus inducing and embryogenic callus occurring from Asparagus tender stem culture.The results indicated callus was not induced if these was only 2,4-D in the medium.High concentration of 2,4-D in the medium was suitable for embryogenic callus occurring.The best hormone combination of embryogenic callus inducing was 2,4-D 10 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L.更多还原
